Nellie Poole possesses extensive experience in product development and commercialization across multiple companies, currently serving as Vice President of Asia Product Development & Commercialization at Deckers Brands since February 2011. In this role, Nellie leads a team responsible for footwear, apparel, handbags, and home products, achieving significant advancements in commercialization timelines in collaboration with the China team. Prior to Deckers, Nellie was a consultant for The Rockport Company, establishing sourcing operations in India, and held various prominent positions at Timberland, evolving from Lead Product Developer to Senior Director of Global Footwear Product Development. Nellie's career began at Phillips Van Heusen in the G.H. Bass Division, where management of Asia sourced products was a key responsibility. Nelson holds a degree from the University of Maine.
