Pratima Chapagain, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of research and teaching. Pratima started their career as a Lecturer at Tribhuwan University in Nepal from February 2012 to August 2014. Pratima then worked as a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of Utah School of Medicine from August 2014 to July 2016. Following that, they served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University from August 2016 to April 2021. Subsequently, they joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in April 2021. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at Decode Health since January 2023.

Pratima Chapagain, PhD, has an extensive education history in the field of biology. Pratima obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular Biology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2016 to 2021.
