Pratima Chapagain, PhD

Pratima Chapagain, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of research and teaching. Pratima started their career as a Lecturer at Tribhuwan University in Nepal from February 2012 to August 2014. Pratima then worked as a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of Utah School of Medicine from August 2014 to July 2016. Following that, they served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University from August 2016 to April 2021. Subsequently, they joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in April 2021. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at Decode Health since January 2023.

Pratima Chapagain, PhD, has an extensive education history in the field of biology. Pratima obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular Biology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Medical Microbiology at Tribhuwan University from 2010 to 2012. Pratima'sBachelor's degree in Microbiology was also earned at Tribhuwan University from 2006 to 2010.
