Salina Zaheen is currently a Research Assistant at the Henry J. Leir Institute for Migration and Human Security at Decodis, contributing to a project focused on improving the use of digital financial services among low-income populations, particularly women in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Salina served as a Staff Editor for The Fletcher Forum of World Affairs, providing editorial support for a student-led foreign policy journal. Additionally, Salina worked as the Administration and Marketing Manager at Graham Layton Trust, enhancing contributions from corporate partners and high-net-worth donors to support medical services for blindness in Pakistan. Earlier experience includes a role as Communications Consultant/Humanitarian Administrator at Christian Aid, where content development and media engagement were key responsibilities. Salina is pursuing a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and has cross-registered at Harvard Law School and Harvard Kennedy School. Salina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Exeter, and has completed the International Baccalaureate at ACS International Schools.
