Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught applied mathematics in nutrition and food history as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017.
