Cory Kehler

Cory Kehler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Master Facilitator at The Arbinger Institute since January 2024, Cory previously held the role of Talent Development Lead at Decor Cabinets Ltd since November 2020, focusing on the development and implementation of leadership training and learning curriculums. From September 2016 to April 2020, Cory directed a leadership school for young adults at Gospel Mission Church, where responsibilities included curriculum development and guest speaker management. Early career roles included Assistant Pastor, focusing on seminars, public speaking, and conflict resolution, as well as owning and operating Whitecap Coffee from August 2015 to September 2016, overseeing daily operations and staff training. Academic credentials were obtained from the University of Manitoba.
