Arjama Kalita

Arjama Kalita currently works as the Talent Development Lead and Community Organizer Manager at Make A Difference since April 2024. Prior to this role, Arjama held multiple positions at Haiyya from June 2019 to March 2024, including Senior Manager of Leadership Programs and Growth, Organizational Development & Culture Manager, Senior Operations and Programs Associate, and Executive Assistant. Additionally, Arjama served as a Community Manager at Mozilla from September 2020 to August 2021. Academically, Arjama earned a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Indraprastha College For Women (2014-2017), with earlier education including 10 + 2 from Army Public School Narangi and high school from Shrimanta Shankar Academy Dispur.
