Frank Schaefer

Frank Schaefer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1996 at Gebrueder Huessler in Germany as a Shift Supervisor, they then moved on to Kitchen Craft where they held roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor, Senior Manager, and Value Stream Manager. In 2003, they joined MasterBrand Cabinets and took on positions including Director of Logistics, Director of Manufacturing, Director of Technical Services, and Special Projects Manager. Finally, since 2014, they have been with Decor Cabinet Company, serving as Director of Technical Services and later as the Director of Operations.

Frank Schaefer earned a High School Diploma (Grade 13) from Alexander Hegius Gymnasium in Ahaus, Germany, from 1978 to 1987. Following that, they attended the University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim, Germany, from 1989 to 1996 and obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (P. Eng.) degree in Wood Working and Wood Processing.
