Felipe Condessa has a diverse educational background. In 1989-1993, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1994, they also briefly studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the same university. Moving ahead, in 2001-2002, Felipe pursued Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IEDE Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Taking a gap, in 2012, they participated in a program at INSEAD, and in 2017, they attended IMD for further education.

Recently, in 2020, Felipe sharpened their skills by attending the Harvard Business School Executive Education program focused on Preparing to be a Corporate Director. Furthermore, in 2021, they completed The CFO: Becoming a Strategic Partner - Live Virtual course offered by The Wharton School. This course was also certified by Wharton Executive Education.
