Darja Nikitina

Darja Nikitina has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Darja started their career in 1999 as an Accountant at MPA - Rīga, SIA, where they handled general accounting tasks and financial reporting. Darja then moved on to Alianse 2, SIA as an Economist - Analysis, responsible for financial analysis and reporting. In 2003, they joined ABLV Bank as a Payment Specialist, managing international payment processing and financial reporting. Darja later transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst, focusing on bank process optimization. Most recently, they have been working at DECTA since 2018, initially as an IT Project Manager, then progressing to Head of Technical Support, and finally becoming the Head of Operations (IT).
