Marti Pla Rabell

Marti Pla Rabell currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Decubate since April 2023. Marti is also the Founder of Neways Distributions, established in eighth grade, which grew to a team of four and achieved over six-figure annual revenue post-high school. Additionally, Marti worked as an Author at StartupsBCN from December 2019 to June 2020, contributing to the expansion of Barcelona's startup ecosystem alongside a skilled team. Marti holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Business Design and Innovation from La Salle BCN.
