Seema N.

Seema N. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Seema started their career as an Intern at Microsoft in December 2004, where they gained valuable experience as an Associate Test Engineer before leaving in July 2006. Following this, Seema joined Convergys as an Associate Programmer Analyst in September 2006 and worked there until October 2009.

In November 2009, Seema joined Microsoft again, this time as a Program Manager for the Bing Search Engine. After a few months, they transitioned to DeCurtis Corporation in March 2010, where they began their journey in various roles such as Business Analyst (March 2010 - February 2013), Senior Business Analyst (February 2013 - January 2014), and General Manager of Operations (February 2014 - January 2017).

Seema then took on the role of General Manager of UXD at DeCurtis Corporation from February 2017 to April 2018. Following this, they held the position of Chief General Manager Projects from May 2018 to March 2019. Most recently, Seema served as the Director of Partner Engineering from April 2019 to May 2022, before being promoted to the role of Senior Director of Engineering at DeCurtis Corporation in April 2022. As of now, Seema N. continues to work in this position.

Seema N. completed their B.Sc. in Physics, Statistics, and Computer Application from the University of Rajasthan from 1999 to 2002. Seema then pursued their MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, between 2002 and 2005.

Seema recently acquired a PG Certificate in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, commencing in 2023 and finishing in 2024.

Furthermore, Seema has obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In 2022, they obtained an Advanced Certification in Software Engineering for Cloud, Blockchain & IoT from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Seema is also a Certified Scrum Master (Agile Development) but the institution and exact date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
