Felix Hauk

Felix Hauk has a long history of working in Information Management roles. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at SMA Solar Technology AG in the roles of Information Manager, Teamleiter Support & Innovation, and Standardisierungsbeauftragter. In 2015, they moved to Dedrone, where they served as Senior Creative and Technical Documentation Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the conception, creation, and publication of customer-relevant technical documentation in both German and English, as well as the creation of an online help system. Additionally, they were involved in the development of the software user interface, with a focus on usability and UX, and was responsible for the translation of the interface texts. Felix also coordinated projects and created extensive tender documents, and was responsible for the introduction, administration, and support of MS Teams and MS SharePoint. Felix was also involved in the conception and creation of internal publication portals and a knowledge base, and acted as a liaison between development and marketing. Finally, they were responsible for product images and maintaining product brochures, flyers, etc.

Felix Hauk received a Diplomtechnikredakteur (FH) degree from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences between 2004 and 2009, majoring in Technische Redaktion.
