Kerstin Jansen

Kerstin Jansen has worked for three companies over the past twenty years. From 2016 to present, they have been employed at Dedrone, where they have held the roles of Director Customer Support and Service, Manager Technical Support, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Support Engineer. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at HP as a Service Engineer - End User Field Service. From 2000 to 2011, they were employed at E.ON, where they held the roles of Service Technician and System- / Netwerkadministrator.

Kerstin Jansen attended the University of Kassel from 2014 to 2018, studying Informatik. Kerstin also holds a certification in AWS Cloud Technical Essentials from Coursera, obtained in February 2022.
