Jennifer Green

Jennifer Green has over fifteen years of experience in organizational development, employee training, and strategic planning. Jennifer is currently a Senior Partner Success Manager at Deed, where they provide program consultation and report creation services to clients. Jennifer has also worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at LifeScience Logistics, a Senior Account Manager at Blackbaud, and an Associate Director of Volunteer Experience at the North Texas Food Bank. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as a TV Production Crew member at PBS El Paso, where they gained experience in camera operation and floor direction. In 2006, Jennifer became a Staff Development Specialist at Workforce Solutions Borderplex, where they were responsible for employee training and curriculum creation. Jennifer has also been active in the community, volunteering with various organizations throughout their career.

Jennifer Green has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from The University of Texas at El Paso. Jennifer is certified as a Workforce Professional from the National Workforce Institute.
