Nayaz is supporting the production department as an Assistant Manager since 2016. He has pursued his master's in Agriculture specializing in Seed Science & Technology with Gold Medal. He was also a merit scholar at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad Dist. He worked on Seed production and propagation methods in Guinea grass, also worked on Seed Quality of different field crops and Seed Dormancy in grass crops. Underwent training on Bio-Control measures in Agriculture from pest control of India. He has work experience as a Sr. Research fellow in Agriculture College Mandya. He has been closely involved in setting up organic cultivation of Coconut and technically guiding the customers & field team.
