Jacob Volk, MBA has a successful track record of leading continuous business improvements to exceed operational objectives. Jacob began their career in 2008 as Network Operations Manager at MxN Media, US. In 2009, they joined DEEL Media as Co-Founder, where they designed specifications for product line and managed development efforts. Jacob also created and lead the Production and Support departments. In the same year, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Client Services, where they oversaw teams in delivery of client services from initial conception and design to deployment and ongoing client success. In 2011, they were promoted to VP of Client Services, where they grew operations while implementing a culture of customer service, instrumental in company revenue growth and long-standing positive industry reputation.

Jacob Volk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 2000 and 2004. Jacob then returned to the same school to obtain an Executive Master of Business Administration - MBA between 2018 and 2020.
