Louis Tissot

Louis Tissot is currently serving as the Group Product Operations Manager at Deel since July 2023, focusing on product lifecycle, data, AI, and automations. Prior to this role, Tissot was the Product Operations Lead for Rides New Verticals at Uber from March 2021 to July 2023, leading product operations across integrated products. Tissot co-founded and was the CEO of Routinely from June 2020 to March 2021, and held various positions at Uber from August 2016 to June 2020, including EMEA Launcher for JUMP Micromobility and Operations & Logistics Manager for Uber Eats. Tissot’s earlier experience includes roles as Startup Competition Coordinator at Reed MIDEM, Financial Auditor at EY, and Business Development Manager at EIE Global. Tissot has an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and has completed executive education in Strategy & Leadership at Harvard Business School. Educational background also includes a Master of Science in Management from IÉSEG School of Management and a DUT in Companies and Administrations Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
