Phillip Alvarado

Phillip Alvarado has extensive experience in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry, most recently serving as Director of PEO Solutions Consulting at Deel since February 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held multiple positions at Rippling from March 2021 to February 2024, including Senior Manager and Manager of PEO Solutions Consultants, where significant contributions were made as a subject matter expert. Before Rippling, Phillip worked at TriNet for over five years, achieving notable sales performance as Industry Director of Sales, transitioning numerous clients to TriNet. Phillip began the career at Yelp, excelling in account executive roles and achieving exceptional sales results. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Director position at Club 8 and a leadership role at the Queer Alliance & Resource Center. Phillip holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley.
