Mike Stubbs possesses extensive experience in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, having held various roles from Independent Business Owner to Startup Supervisor/Trainer at DEEM LLC. Since June 2022, Mike has focused on training and supervision, while earlier positions at DEEM involved customer support for supermarket refrigeration systems. With a proven track record in business development at Almcoe Refrigeration and operational management at Ranchhand Refrigeration and Texas Custom Cycles, Mike has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer relationship skills. Educationally, Mike holds an HVACR Certificate from Bee County College and attended Del Mar College.
