Laura Molano

Laura Molano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Field Operations Project Manager and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Deep Blue Communications since November 2012, Laura specializes in payroll and benefits management while implementing systems for the company's growth. Prior experience includes management roles at The Home Depot from October 2003 to November 2012, where responsibilities included inventory control and staff management. Laura also has experience in the culinary field, having worked as a line cook at Gaetano's Restaurant from June 2000 to September 2002. Educational qualifications include associate degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management and Culinary Arts from Sullivan County Community College, as well as a degree in Computer Networking from ITT Technical Institute.
