Kaitlyn Roche is an accomplished marketing and brand strategy professional currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Strategy at Deep Blue Sports + Entertainment, focusing on advancing women’s sports. Since April 2023, Kaitlyn has also operated as a Brand Strategy and Marketing Consultant for various organizations. Prior roles include VP of Marketing at obé Fitness, where strategic brand development was led, and Head of Global Brand & Comms Strategy at MasterClass, establishing key marketing initiatives.
