Justin Hof

Justin Hof has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. Justin began their career in 2000 as a Lead Developer at CompuCom. In 2005 they moved to Textron as an IT Manager. In 2006 they became the Owner and Director of e-Commerce at Deep Blue Yacht Supply. In 2012 they joined CB&S Bank as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, where they were responsible for Technology, Operations and the overall digital transformation of a $2.0 billion in assets bank with over 50 branches across Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. In 2021 they were appointed as the Chief Information Officer at First Commerce Credit Union.

Justin Hof obtained an Executive Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Management and Leadership between 2008 and 2010. Justin then earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Florida State University between 1996 and 1999. In 2010, they obtained an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation v3 certification. In 2007, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Six Sigma. Finally, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University between 2013 and 2015.
