Deep End Fitness
Jerome Heidrich's work experience includes serving as the Chief Science Officer at Deep End Fitness since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Psychological Advisor for the Water Tribe Swim Team at Fenerbahçe SK starting in May 2016. Jerome also served as a Swim Coach at ClubCorp from October 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, Jerome worked as a Research Assistant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2019 to February 2020. Jerome gained internship experience as a Sport and Performance Psychology Intern at California Baptist University from September 2018 to August 2019. Jerome also worked as a Tutor in Behavioral Science and Psychology from December 2016 to July 2019 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2018 to May 2019.
Jerome Heidrich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California Baptist University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at Wingate University from 2014 to 2016. Jerome went on to pursue a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology at California Baptist University from 2018 to 2019.

Deep End Fitness
The Deep End Fitness (DEF) Program is designed for all levels of athletes, corporate leaders, and high performing individuals to develop mental focus, help manage stress, strengthen water confidence, and build efficient breathing techniques through enhancing water and life confidence. While Deep End Fitness builds the physical aspects through low impact training of strength, muscle endurance, speed, CO2 tolerance, VO2 max, and lung capacity in and out of the water, our program also focuses strongly on the mental aspect of training through the operating system of (FREE): mental Focus, on-demand Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing.
