Ted Harris

Ted Harris has extensive experience in decision science, research, and behavioral science. Ted served as the Head of Decision Science and Research at Deep Labs, where they designed technology solutions that uncovered sleeper cells in a major neo-bank and delivered advanced ML/AI risk models to financial service companies. Ted also designed a graph and AI engine for a major payment processor to create new products from their data. Prior to that, they worked at Visa, starting as an Analytics Architect and eventually becoming the Head of Security Products Advanced Designs. In this role, they oversaw a team of data scientists and researchers, spearheading analytical solutions for risk, identity, and data products. Ted also led the development of rapid prototypes and co-creation of innovation with partners. Before joining Visa, Ted was the Manager of Research and Development at Quality Planning Corporation, where they initiated key analytical products and was part of the ISO Analytical Council.

Ted Harris has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Chico, which they obtained between 1989 and 1994. Ted later pursued further education and completed their Master of Science degree in Economics at the University of Oregon from 1996 to 1999.
