Shaun Ewen

Shaun Ewen has extensive experience in the subsea engineering field, currently serving as ROV Assistant Supervisor and previously as ROV Pilot/Technician I at DeepOcean since February 2018. Prior to this role, Shaun held various positions, including ROV Pilot/Technician II and Trainee ROV Pilot/Tech at Deep Ocean from 2018 to 2022, and worked as a 3rd Engineer at Sentinel Marine Ltd from August 2016 to February 2018. Shaun's experience includes significant project involvement at Harkand as a Subsea Project Engineer from April 2014 to May 2016, where duties included work on ROV and SAT diving projects, contributing to major developments such as the Cygnus field and Forties Aviat field. Earlier positions include roles as a bar tender at Grant Arms and as a delivery driver and marine engineer at Jasdon Vending and Seatruck Ferries Ltd, respectively. Shaun Ewen holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering from City of Glasgow College, completed in 2013.
