Marcus Skelton

Marcus Skelton is an experienced Exploration Geologist currently working at Deep Yellow Limited since October 2022, focusing on the Mulga Rocks paleochannel deposit. Responsibilities include acting as Statutory Site Supervisor, supervising drill crews, conducting lithology logging, data validation, and preparing progress reports. Prior to this role, Marcus served as a Mine Geologist and Exploration Geologist at Boliden, where tasks included creating geological maps and ore body interpretations. Notably, Marcus contributed to a 12-week geological mapping campaign in Arctic terrains and supported investment relations at Goldore AB. Education includes a BSc in Geology from the University of Brighton and additional geology workshops and certifications. Marcus has also held various roles in project management, geophysical surveying, and volunteer work, showcasing a robust foundation in geology and site management.
