Avianca Goldston has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Avianca has worked as a Packaging Engineer, Project Manager, and Market Research Advisor for DeepBench, A&G Project Consulting, and Acreage Holdings. Furthermore, they have served as a Special Effects & Stage Makeup Artist for Beauty Consulting. Avianca has also worked with Renfro Corporation as a Product Development and Supply Chain Consultant, where they handled client products, processed sales orders, and managed inventory. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Packaging Development Consultant for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they assisted package developers, maintained project timetables, and created packaging specifications. Avianca has also gained experience as a Retail Store Development and Finance Consultant for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a Project Consultant for Kekst and Company, an Executive Assistant for Mizuho, a Human Resources Consultant for Broadridge, and a Beauty Advisor and Sales Consultant for Benefit Cosmetics.

Avianca Goldston began their education journey in 2010 at Montclair State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Finance. Avianca successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.

In 2019, Avianca enrolled at Rutgers University to pursue a Master's degree in Packaging Engineering. Avianca is expected to complete their postgraduate studies in 2023.

In June 2021, Avianca obtained another certificate, "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable," from LinkedIn. Most recently, in January 2022, they completed a certification titled "Proven Tips for Managing Your Time" also from LinkedIn.
