Stephanie Sands

Stephanie Sands has extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and human capital strategy. Currently serving as Global Head of Leadership Development and Executive Coaching at Deeper Signals since October 2020, Stephanie also holds roles as Head of Coaching & Client Success and as an Advisor for Product Innovation and Facilitation. Previous positions include Leadership Strategy Consultant at YSC Consulting and Senior Strategist at SOLVE Consulting, focusing on executive selection, coaching, employee engagement, and strategic planning. Additionally, Stephanie has a background in risk management as a Senior Consulting Associate at SilverStone Group and was awarded a grant to develop a virtual leadership program while working as a Research Associate at the Center for Collaboration Science. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Creighton University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
