Alexandre de Tourtier

Alexandre de Tourtier serves as Secrétaire général at DeepReach since September 2021, overseeing legal functions, human resources, compliance, and institutional relations within an Adtech company focusing on local digital communications. Responsibilities include managing corporate and financing matters, intellectual property, and data protection, as well as leading international development efforts across Germany, the UK, and Southern Europe. Prior to DeepReach, Alexandre held various legal leadership positions at Solocal from November 2005 to June 2021, including Directeur Juridique du Groupe, where duties encompassed corporate governance, compliance, and M&A. Experience also includes practicing at Danone and France Telecom, covering aspects of corporate law, securities law, and IPO preparations. Alexandre is currently pursuing a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat at EFB and holds advanced degrees in private heritage law and business law from notable Parisian universities.
