Tian W.

Tian W. began their career in 2017 as a Platform Engineer at Magna International, where they were responsible for design review, process review, and customer engineering support. In 2018, they moved to Ford Motor Company as a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Engineer. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development at DeepRoute.ai, a rising unicorn in the L4 industry. In this role, they are responsible for business and partnership development, and has been involved in building the most reliable and trustworthy robotaxi technology, as well as partnering with DFM to build the largest robotaxi fleet in China.

Tian W. attended Shanghai World Foreign Language School and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Virginia.
