About the position 

Currently, we are seeking a capable Engineering Intern in Customer Operations to follow their career path and become a valuable member of the Customer Operations team. This team is responsible for analysing the integration between client systems and our platforms, configuring new vessels on the platform, setting up user access structures, and handling client issues and requests. Additionally, the team collects and analyses relevant data, develops integration tools, prepares reports, and serves as the main point of contact for technical problem-solving when needed.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, And Experience:

  • Currently enrolled  in an Engineering curriculum

  • Ability to work on Windows and Linux systems and perform basic administration / automation tasks (e.g., shell scripting to create / debug installation and configuration scripts etc.)

  • Good knowledge of Python, and especially of the libraries Pandas and Numpy.

  • Basic understanding of SQL database design principles.

  • An analytical mind that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.

  • Strong passion for problem-solving and delivering sophisticated, scalable solutions.

Will be considered a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Git or other Version Control systems

  • Previous experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

  • Familiarity with Agile practices.
