In this role, you will serve as the customer service and communication focus, helping to ensure that our residents, staff, management and guests have a steady point of contact.
This part-time role is:
16-24 hours per week
Every other weekend
-Ability to multi-task with desk, telephone and in-person work
-Assist residents and staff with questions
-Coordinate communication and monitor emergency and non-emergency communications
