Alessandro Mora

Alessandro Mora, Ph.D. is a Senior Director, Biopharmaceutical Development, Deerfield Discovery and Development, and joined the Firm in 2022. Prior to Deerfield, Dr. Mora spent two years at Kadmon, a Sanofi Company where he was Director, CMC Biologics. Before Kadmon, Dr. Mora spent three years at Jounce Therapeutics as a Principal Scientist, CMC Operations, Product Development and Technical Operations, and seven years at AbbVie / Abbott Bioresearch Center as a Scientist, Cell Line Development, Process Sciences. Dr. Mora holds a B.S and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Sapienza University in Rome, Italy, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology from University of Massachusetts Lowell.
