Prabhash Jha

Prabhash Jha has a strong background in engineering and data analysis. Prabhash started their career at Verisk Health in 2009, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Sr. Software Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for ETL design, prototyping research concepts, and translating business needs into analytics and reporting requirements. Prabhash also worked on data analysis, migration, and design of OLAP cubes for US healthcare data. Additionally, Prabhash implemented Agile development practices and automated scripting and ETL processes.

In 2014, Prabhash joined Humedica as a Data Operations Analyst, where they worked until 2018. Then, they moved on to iVantage Health Analytics, where they worked as an SQL Database Developer from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Prabhash is working at Decision Point as a Senior Data Engineer. Prabhash has been in this role since October 2019 and continues to contribute their expertise in data engineering.

Most recently, Prabhash joined Deerhold Ltd. in January 2022 as the Director of Engineering, leading the engineering team and overseeing various aspects of engineering operations.

Prabhash Jha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tribhuvan University, IOE, Pulchowk Campus, from 2004 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, from 2012 to 2014.
