Coleman Covington

Coleman Covington is an experienced professional in product development and laboratory research, currently serving as a Product Development Coordinator at Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes since August 2019. In this role, Coleman has contributed to the formulation and development of both new and existing products, including the re-formulation of products facing manufacturability challenges. Previously, Coleman worked as a Laboratory Technician at The Coca-Cola Company from December 2017 to July 2019, where responsibilities included formulating beverages for sensory evaluation and stability testing, along with effectively communicating results to large audiences. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Science and Mathematics degree in Biology from Georgia Southern University, where attendance spanned from July 2011 to May 2017, and also completed a brief internship at Sports Medicine of Atlanta in November 2011.
