Shahneela Mazhar

Shahneela Mazhar is a Research Scientist at ADM Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes since June 2021. Previously, Shahneela served as a Global Scientific Communication Associate - Regulatory at Eli Lilly and Company, where the responsibilities included managing the writing and coordination of high-quality regulatory documents for clinical development and product registration. Shahneela earned a PhD in Microbiology from University College Cork, focusing on the biology and evolution of the genus Macrococcus. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Tyndall National Institute, contributing to the development of a cancer biomarker detection device, and as a Team Leader at the Neighbourhood Youth Project. Educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Munster Technological University and a Leaving Certificate from Scoil Mhuire Green Hill.
