Erik Wallsten

Erik Wallsten currently serves as the Board Chair for Whistler Waldorf School and is a Managing Partner at Deetken Impact, an asset management firm focusing on impact-oriented mezzanine and debt investments in Latin America. Wallsten has held various advisory and board positions, including membership on the Advisory Council for the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and board positions at multiple organizations such as salauno Tu doctor de los ojos, Kuepa, and Adobe Capital, which Erik co-founded. With an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Wallsten brings significant experience in impact investing and real estate private equity.
