Laurine Mariage has extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. Laurine currently works at Deezer as the CRM Strategy and Tools Lead, responsible for data knowledge and usage across the CRM teams, defining and driving the data roadmap, and ensuring effective use of CRM solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Head of CRM Operations (Interim) and the CRM Manager - Lifecycle & Engagement at Deezer, where they focused on maximizing user lifetime value and implementing channel strategies for ad hoc campaigns. Earlier in their career, Laurine held CRM roles at Ubisoft, Universal Music Group, Vivastreet, and LM Digital as well as digital marketing and customer support positions at Deloitte France, McKesson, and Credit Agricole. Laurine has a strong background in delivering multi-channel CRM communications, developing test strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Laurine Mariage completed their education by earning a Master's degree in Digital Strategy, Webmarketing & Social Media from IESA Multimedia from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree with honors in Webmarketing from Sup Career, Groupe INSEEC in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the Growth Series Program from Reforge and as a Braze Certified Practitioner from Braze in March 2023.
