Marie-Pierre L. has a diverse work experience in various roles within human resources. Marie-Pierre started their career as a Recruitment Intern at Expectra in 2005. In 2007, they worked as an HR Generalist - apprenticeship at FCI. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Legal Auditor at SAAB : Société d'Audit. Then, at ICADE, they worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they joined ALTAREA COGEDIM as a Compensation & HR Controlling Manager from 2015 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Deezer as the Head of HR Operations.

Marie-Pierre L. has a Master's degree in accounting and finance from DSCG, which they obtained in 2013 as an external candidate.
