Pierre Emmanuel Nicolas is a seasoned CRM professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a CRM Manager at Deezer since January 2023, Pierre has developed and implemented innovative CRM strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, managing over 60 automations while collaborating with multiple teams to align activities with business objectives.
