Natina Nimene has extensive experience in urban promotion within the music industry, currently serving as Vice President of Urban Promotion at Def Jam Recordings since October 2012. Prior to this role, Natina held the position of Mid West Urban Promotion Director at Atlantic Records from October 2008 to October 2012. Earlier in the career, Natina worked as the Mid Atlantic Urban Promotion Manager at Virgin Records America, Inc. from May 2005 to October 2008.
