Jerome Hauer Ph.d.

Jerome Hauer Ph.D., MHS is a distinguished expert in disaster medicine and public health, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Teneo Risk since December 2016. Hauer is an active member of several prominent organizations, including the Board of Directors for the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine and the Advisory Committee on Humanitarian Health at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Additionally, Hauer holds the position of Associate Editor for the Journal of Special Operations Medicine, and is the CEO of The Hauer Group. With a background in leadership roles, including Commissioner of the NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, Hauer possesses extensive experience in emergency management and public health.
