Lauren Jenkins has extensive experience in the engineering sector, beginning with a tenure at Lloyds Bank as a Customer Assistant from January 2007 to September 2012. Following this, Lauren joined Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) in September 2012, holding various roles including Graduate Engineer, Project Engineer, Environmental Liaison Officer, Lead Engineer, Chief Engineer, Engineering Capacity Manager, and currently serves as a People Coach. Lauren's educational background includes a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of South Wales (2009-2012) and a degree in Explosives Ordnance Engineering from Cranfield University (2013-2014).
