Anthony J. Masys PhD, CD is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in teaching, research, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Teaching Faculty at St Paul University, Anthony teaches the course INS5303 Design and Social Innovation, and holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University, as well as Teaching Faculty at University Canada West. As President and CEO of Anomaly Solutions, Anthony leads initiatives aimed at addressing key issues impacting well-being and security. Anthony's expertise also extends to various roles such as Visiting Professor at the International Centre for Policing and Security, Defence Scientist at Defence Research and Development Canada, and contributions to several editorial boards, including Editor in Chief for Springer Science+Business Media's series on security applications. Anthony holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees from the Royal Military College of Canada in underwater acoustics, oceanography, and physics, respectively.
