Wei Xiang Khoo

Wei Xiang Khoo has extensive experience in cybersecurity and communications systems, currently serving as Head (Cyber - RSAF) at DSTA since July 2015, where leadership involves overseeing a team of engineers in designing and maintaining cyber-safe solutions for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). Previous roles include Deputy Head and Project Manager with a focus on delivering secure communication systems and conducting cyber risk assessments. Wei Xiang's technical foundations were strengthened during a year at DSO National Laboratories and a teaching assistantship at the University of Michigan, which helped in developing innovative defense capabilities. Wei Xiang holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan.
