Betty Fleming has a long history of working in the entertainment industry. Betty began their career in 2008 as an Office Coordinator for Disney ABC Television Group, where they managed and assisted a large staff, served as the liaison between producers/executives and department heads, and coordinated and oversaw seasonal safety and harassment meetings. Betty also held the role of Audience Coordinator, booking and organizing audience seating for an audience of 200+ guests, and managing and delegating responsibility to a staff of 10 audience pages, 2 warm up men, and 2 DJs at each weekly audience show. In addition, they booked and lead daily VIP guest tours and meet and greets for celebrities and industry executives. In 2015, they began working as a Customer Support/Training Specialist for 17hats, where they spoke directly with current users through Intercom live chat, troubleshooting their technical issues and functionality confusion, trained new users via live chat and Zoom calls, and provided guidance for the process of setting up their accounts. Betty also QA tested new features of the software before release, providing feedback on functionality and spotting potential bugs. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Director of Support & Onboarding for Defending Digital Campaigns.

Betty Fleming attended Emerson College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in TV Production.
