Barry J. Burton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense and engineering roles. Currently serving as Director of the Joint Reserve Program East at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Burton supports various subordinate commands as a senior reservist. Since July 2020, Burton has held dual roles as Senior General Engineer and Program Manager at the United States Air Force, focusing on managing the Title III program which ensures essential industrial resources for national defense.
