Todd Gallagher

Todd Gallagher is an experienced engineering and program management professional currently serving as Deputy Commander at DCMA Boeing Philadelphia since June 2012. Previously, Gallagher held various leadership roles at DCMA, including Director of the Pricing Group 3 and the Integrated Cost Analysis Team, as well as Engineering Team Chief, where responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary engineering teams for complex defense programs. Earlier experience includes roles at NAVAIR, such as Lead Aerospace Engineer and Structures Team Lead, focusing on engineering support and project management. Gallagher holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
