Dana E. Sims

Dana E. Sims, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Chief of Leadership Development at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, Dana leads a diverse team focused on onboarding and mentoring within the federal government. As a Learning and Human Capital Strategist at Fedability since 2016, Dana has modernized public sector learning practices. Previous roles include Talent and Performance Development Lead at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Leadership Development Program Manager at the Health Resources and Services Administration. Dana holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and has a strong publication record in research related to training design, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
