Holly Breault

Holly Breault serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Holly Breault accumulated extensive experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from September 1996 to July 2022, where responsibilities included program management and policy oversight in the Digital Evidence Laboratory, as well as forensic video examination. Holly Breault's work involved developing standard operating procedures, managing quality assurance programs, and conducting complex analyses of forensic evidence. Earlier career experience includes positions at Renex Corporation as a Customer Support Technician and at the Air Force Research Lab, supporting software development and performing benchmark testing. Holly Breault holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and is furthering education through a program at the Harvard Kennedy School.
